Tom and Georgia, at their wedding. |
| This page is dedicated to my brother Tom, and
his wife Georgia. The two of them have been together since the 10th
grade...and that was many years ago. They were married on September
21, 1991. They have been through a lot of different things together,
and they keep plugging away at life. Since this page has both of
them on it, I will separate what each of them means to me. But, before
that, I want to congratulate them on many years of marriage, and I hope
that it lasts forever! :)
Tom: Tom is the middle son of three of us. He and I have shared many many fights, but through it all, we remain close friends. He has taught me a lot about many different things. After all, he was the first person to get my drunk! (nice of him, eh?) He showed me about cars, guns, and most of all, he showed me that no matter what, he will always be there for me. Tom is employed at the Kraft Foods company, where he tests milk for dairy products. If you have ever eaten kraft cheese, butter, dip or many other products, he is the one the blame if it didn't taste right! ;) Tom is a great guy. He has a temper (don't we all), but his big heart usually shows you that he is just kidding. He can scream and yell all he wants to, and we know that he doesn't mean any of it. He has been a great 'big brother' and I wish to thank him for helping form me into who I am today. If it weren't for him, I would never have found my passion for pistol shooting. Which, to this day, remains something that he and I share together. We will sometimes hop in the car and drive to the local pistol club and waste $50 in ammo on targets. The best thing that Tom ever showed me, was how to ride a motorcycle. The very first time I rode a motorcycle, was when Tom set me on top of his bike. I was way too young, and I couldn't even come close to touching the ground. So, Tom held the bike up, until I got on it, and helped me get it going. Of course, he got his butt chewed on when my parents came home, and I was still driving the bike. He had tried to get me off the bike before they got home, but I was having a great time! Finally, he ran along side of me, and hopped on the back so he could put his feet down and I could safely stop. Tom, Thanks for being a great "big brother!" Georgia: Georgia has been more like a sister to me, than a sister-in-law. She has been there for me through a lot of things, both good and bad. She is a riot to be around, and can make anyone laugh at any occasion. If you ever go out with her, you'll see what I mean. When she says that her "teeth feel like rubber," you are in for a night of serious laughs. Georgia moved in with us, when she was in the 11th grade. And, as I said, she was like a sister to me. She works for the local hospital as a Dietitian. So, you can blame her for the food at the hospital! Georgia is one of the best people that I know. I mean "best" in a way that not many people are like her. She has one of the biggest capacities for love that I have ever seen. She genuinely cares about everyone and everything. If it weren't for her, I don't know what I would have turned out like. She too, helped form me into who I am today. She gets after me now and then about certain things, and I know it is because she only wants what is best for me. I listen to her, I just don't do it. ;) But, I do listen. Georgia, thanks for being a great 'sister.' I am sure glad that you have found the strength to put up with us, especially Tom! ;) Below are some pictures of the two of them.
